Cancellation Policy — Spark Stays

Firm cancellation applies to all direct bookings.

48-hour grace period

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 48 hours before your check-in time.

After 48 hours

Cancellations made after the 48-hour grace period are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for cancellations after this window.

Same-day bookings

Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable from the time of booking.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees are not refunded.

Host cancellations

In the rare event we must cancel your reservation (e.g., emergency maintenance), you will receive a full refund and we will help relocate you to a comparable property when possible.

Travel insurance

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
