Spark Stays is a small portfolio of nine professionally managed short-term rentals across Denver, Centennial, and Aurora. Every home is owned and operated by Spark Property Management LLC — a Colorado-based company that’s been hosting guests in the metro for years.

Why we built this

Booking through the major platforms (Airbnb, VRBO) means paying ~14% in service fees on top of the nightly rate. That money goes to the platform, not to us, and not back to you. Booking direct means a better deal for you, a fairer deal for us, and the same exact experience — same homes, same hosts, same team.
