Why book direct instead of on Airbnb?
You save approximately 10–14% on every reservation by avoiding Airbnb’s guest service fee. The property, host, cleaning, and check-in experience are all identical — same listing, same team, just a different booking flow.
Are these the same listings on Airbnb?
Yes — every property on Spark Stays is also listed on Airbnb under the same titles. We just prefer guests book direct so we can both save on fees.
How does check-in work?
Every home has a smart lock with a unique code generated for your stay. You’ll receive your code, the address, and a complete property guide via email a few days before check-in.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Firm cancellation: full refund within 48 hours of booking, no refund after that. Same-day bookings are non-refundable. Full details on our cancellation policy page.
How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card information never touches our servers.
What’s included in the price?
The total at checkout includes: nightly rate, cleaning fee, applicable lodging and sales taxes, and your direct booking discount. There are no hidden service fees.
Can I bring my pet?
Currently no — pets aren’t allowed at our properties (service animals welcomed). We may add pet-friendly options in the future.
Are the properties suitable for events or parties?
No — our homes are in residential neighborhoods and parties/events are not permitted. We have noise monitoring at every property and a strict no-events policy enforced by the leases.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Standard check-in is at the time listed on each property’s page. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes available depending on cleaning schedules — email us a few days before your stay to ask.
Where exactly is the property?
For privacy, we share the exact address only after your reservation is confirmed. The map on each property page shows the approximate area (within ~250m).
What if something breaks during my stay?
Email us immediately. For genuine emergencies (lockout, water leak, no heat, etc.) we have a member of the team on call who can be on site within hours. Day-to-day issues we typically resolve within the same day.
Do you provide linens, towels, kitchen supplies?
Yes — every property comes fully stocked: linens, bath/hand towels, basic toiletries, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, coffee maker (Keurig with pods), and standard pantry items.
Is parking included?
Most properties include parking — driveway, garage, or street depending on the home. Each property page lists the specific parking arrangement under the description.
What about Wi-Fi?
Every property has high-speed Wi-Fi included. Network and password are in your check-in email and posted at the property.
Can I extend my stay?
If the dates are open, yes! Just email us at cawa7995@gmail.com and we’ll send a payment link for the additional nights at the standard nightly rate.
Do you offer monthly / extended-stay rates?
Several of our properties are set up for mid-term stays of 28+ nights. PriceLabs automatically applies a discount for longer stays. For specific extended-stay rates, email us.
